I played football at the University of Florida — wore #94 as a Gator and was blessed to be part of the '96 National Championship team. Football taught me a lot about discipline, grit, and showing up for the people around you.
When a knee injury ended my playing days, it honestly changed my life for the better. It pushed me toward what I was really meant to do: helping other people find their strength. Not just in the gym, but in life.
